Lacey Electrical Contractors are a long established, Kilkenny based company, providing electrical and instrumentation services to the commercial, industrial and healthcare sectors.
Niall is a nephew of Toddy, and a son of the late Patsy, who himself hurled with Conahy Shamrocks into his 40's and then served as a selector and Vice Chairman of the club.
