They specialise in structured functional strength training and cardio training from 6am - 8.30pm Monday to Friday and they also have Yoga, Breathwork and Mum & Baby classes on the timetable across the week.
Nu Gamma Fitness also run a personal training Academy to train and certify the next generation of Personal Trainers in the county with courses running 3 times per year.
