Entries for the 2026 FIFA World Cup Prediction Competition will be taken up to Sunday, June 7th.
Our adult hurling and camogie players are joining forces to raise money for the club with the running of this competition, and are looking for support from club members, family and friends.
A reminder that the competition rules are as follows:
1. €10 PER ENTRY TO BE PAID TO ANY ADULT HURLING OR CAMOGIE PLAYER.
2. GUESS THE OUTCOME FROM EACH OF THE 72 GROUP GAMES IN THE 2026 FIFA WORLD CUP.
3. EACH WINNER CORRECTLY PREDICTED GETS 2 POINTS, EACH DRAW CORRECTLY PREDICTED GET 3 POINTS.
4. IN THE EVENT OF A TIE, THE TIEBREAKER QUESTION (SEE ABOVE) WILL BE TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT AND THE PERSON CLOSEST TO THE TOTAL NUMBER OF GOALS SCORED IN ALL 72 GROUP GAMES WILL WIN THE JACKPOT PRIZE.
